Soothing, creamy and delicious
Surprisingly nice - very easy to make and so much nicer than a herbal tea. Rich, soothing and sweet enough.
New & interesting so thought I would give it a try. I had the vanilla flavour but it wasnt to my liking. Lots of health benefits so worth buying one to try , you might like it but Im afraid I wont be purchasing again
I was interested to see that a turmeric hot drink was now available to buy at Ocado as I currently buy a turmeric latte from Pret at least 3 times a week and this is a cheaper alternative. Not quite the same and the vanilla version was a bit sweet for me, however I'm all for having more turmeric in my daily routine!
Different alternative to Tea
I was offered this by Ocado, I opted for the Vanilla flavoured one. It has an interesting taste, you can taste the turmeric which is supposed to be good for you. You could have this as an alternative to hot tea but not sure if I would purchase this myself as it is an acquired taste. I would say however its worth a try.
An interesting taste, I slightly prefer the chocolate version but still enjoyable to drink. The first sip is a little strange but it grows on you.
I was sent this to try by Ocado. I was a little hesitant because I do a lot of cooking with turmeric and wasnt sure how it would taste in a drink. True story: One morning I woke up with a sore throat and I remembered I had this (chocolate version). I made a paste using Oatly milk and filled the cup with boiling water. Once it was cooled, I took a few tentative sips and found that my sore throat was feeling better already! Tbh the taste does need some gettting used to, but if it can remedy my winter sore throat, its getting a thumbs up from me. I prefer hot drinks on the sweeter side (mocha, hot chocolate, pink Kashmiri tea, etc) but I wholeheartedly recommend this. Try the vanilla 20g trial pack if youre on the fence and arent sure which flavour to get.
