Excellent choice
I usually only buy normal organic pasta which is nice but very normal, never straying from this for my bolognese or carbona dishes, so when this new fresh pasta popped up on offers I decided to try it, it only takes a few minutes in the pan so super simple and costs much less in electricity for the hob too. The flavours were lovely with my organic beef bolognese and robust, plenty for two people and low in calories and fat. I made the other portion for an Italian who praised it so it must be good.
