Hot drink

I wanted a caffeine free alternative to herbal tea and this makes a really very pleasant drink.

Wood flavour!

Avoid - More woody stalks than rooibos tips.

Bland

A cup of rooibos tea should be warm, rich and flavoursome. Sadly this isn't. I found this dull in flavour and a chore to use the box up.

not actually tea

tried this and thought my milk had gone off.tried it again making sure milk was ok washed out mug dried it with paper towel just in case the tea towel had left some sort of taste.still tasted slightly sour/perfumy.thrown them out.thanfully I have a couple of my usual ones left but buying new tea bags tomorrow.for me undrinkable.i have since found out this is made from a south African bush that is in no way related to the plant family that normally produces the leaves used in regular tea which probably explains the revolting taste to me anyway
