We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in our biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent mesh bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.
We only use big, quality, whole leaves.
No dust. Big leaf = Big flavour. Simple.
100% natural. No artificial flavourings.
Our tea temples are plastic-free and nice and roomy.
We give back to the communities that bring us our tea.

depth of flavour
A complex, slightly sweet taste, always enjoyable
Fragrant
Love the fragrance and the 'clean' aroma and taste of this tea. You can leave the bag in without it going bitter. Recommend.
Refreshing and great tasting
Not too strong / very refreshing .. my favourite rooibos tea..
A new favourite.
Lovely soothing and warming tea, with a rich autumnal amber colour and a pleasant aroma. Much like straight rooibos in flavour profile, but without the herby 'medicine' aspect that rooibos has. Lighter and more balanced. You do need to steep it for at least 5 minutes to get the best flavour. These teabags are expensive, but honeybush tea can be difficult to find in the UK, so I consider it worth it. I used an infusion of this tea as a base for some Harry Potter 'butterbeer' drinks, and they were well received.
So much Meh.
We love a variety of teas, including other rooibos and Teapigs flavours. This one is just BLAND. We've tried it steeped dark and straight, and with honey and milk... it's just... boring. Like drinking a cup of ennui. I just can't. Would donate to work if we weren't in lockdown. Instead will end up in the bin.
Fantastic Tea
This is a great combination. Tastes wonderful and worth every penny. It is all personal taste in the end, but I really recommend this flavour.
