Taste
Super refreshing taste. Sadly, stock availability always low.
Lovely Cup of Tea
This is a lovely Green Tea, the flavourings and lemon grass work well with the tea. Also smells nice. Packaged well and each bag is individually wrapped. The recommended amounts on the packaging are 1 to 5 cups daily, which corresponds well with the vitamin D tablet form recommended by my GP. 1 cup is 5ug vitamin D and 5 cups would make it 25ug, the same amount as a tablet. My understanding of vitamin D as a supplement is that the body is not very efficient at absorbing it. Left out 1 star as there is no information about if taking the supplement in small doses throughout the day in this way, is equally beneficial.
Delicious flavour
I left the teabag in for the duration of my drinking and it was lovely throughout. Great flavour and although added vitamins generally are not good for you, vitamin D supplement is a needed addition in this country.
Great taste
Delicate mango and pineapple taste - good but not overpowering. Not sure if the vitamin D is helping, but worth it for the taste anyway!
fresh taste
The tea has a very fresh and sweet taste that is definitely not boring like some other fruit and herb teas. Would definitely recommend it is worth the money.
Delicious way to get a vitamin D boost!
This sounds like a gimmick, but it doesnt taste like it! This tea is delicious- light lemongrass and green tea, a fresh pick me up flavour. I cant tell how much difference the vitamin D is doing yet - but I know were all deficient in the Northern hemisphere, so Im glad to be having a boost. The instructions helpfully advise how long to steep the teabag to get the optimum dose of vitamin D. And being the kind of person I am, I tend to get myself another (weaker) cup or two from the teabag to make the enjoyment (and cost effectiveness) go a bit further.
