Its tastes good
Really don't care about health benefits/issues as medical opinions change like the wind so I ignore them and surprisingly I am not dead unless I ve not noticed which would make me a ghost writer reviewing this :P I buy this tea because I like the taste and hasn't caused me any harm unless you count spilling it on myself while its still scolding hot ;P
Folic Acid: I should have read the ingredients.
Yo! 70% of people cannot methylate synthetic folate (known as folic acid.) its a genetic problem, i found out by uploading my raw dna data from ancestry, to promothese (both dot com) which look for known health problems in your dna. This was the only result worth looking at. I cut out folic acid in multi vitamins and started to supplement L-Methyl-Folate and that has honestly changed my life so much. I used to suffer horrendous chronic fatigue. I tell everyone not to give their kids vitamins containing folic acid, because you do not know if your body can process it safely. Good chance that it cannot. Why use a synthetic anyway? Folate is also called vitamin B9, which isnt one we hear about much, as its always called Folic Acid, and we pump pregnant women full of it, without knowing if it will help them, or do damage to them and their baby. Some labels do put folate in brackets after they say folic acid but they are not the same. So no: I do not recommend this Vitamin Tea
Not a cleance tea pack
it's ok green tea, however if I wanted to buy some green tea I would have gone for my usuals. I was expecting some cleansing properties provided by dandelion- only 1%. There are more natural flavourings then actual working cleanse Ingredients. Just another gimmick product. Very disappointing and misleading.
really pleasant tea
Really enjoyed this tea and hope the promotional benefits for hair and nails works and have continued to use it as the packet suggests. Although a little pricey for only 14 cups it is a very nice, pleasant tasting tea so fingers crossed red the benefits!
subtle
Sent for review. A subtle smooth flavour that smells more fruity than it tastes. Alright, but doubt we'll be buying again.
Subtler/milder than many herbal teas
Like another reviewer I liked that this wasn't as pungent as some herbal teas. I also like the idea of the extra vitamins but don't know whether they 'work' or not. I've taken one point off as it's a little pricier than I'd like.
