Love the quality
My new favourite oven trayremarkably good quality. It doesnt stick, warp or bend and wipes clean very easily. My absolute favourite point is that it only has 3 sides (4th side just has a slightly raised lip). This makes it so easy to slide food off and onto plates. Taking it from the oven and onto a wooden board it stays perfectly flat, unlike my old ones. It is so thick thateven with a full tray of roast potatoesI can hold it at one end and trust it wont bend and let them fall. Even home-baked cinnamon swirls didnt stick, despite extra cinnamon and sugar on topand without greasing or lining! It holds its heat between pre-heating, taking out to fill with food then putting back although this heat retention can mean delicate items, eg. biscuits, do risk burning if left on the tray to coolhowever, by using a greaseproof sheet itd be easy to slide them off to cool. Easy to clean, it only needs a wipe with dry kitchen roll, but I still like to give it a quick wash as well.

This tray is outstandingly good! Indeed, I'm about to buy a second for when this one is in the dishwasher. Another reviewer said it fit in the grooves of her oven, but surely that's if you only have the smallest of ovens? Mine fits perfectly on the oven shelves, makes perfect oven chips and a wipe-over leaves it perfectly clean for next time. Or it's dishwasher safe if you want (and slots into my dw perfectly. I've cooked chips, and warmed up pies on this tray entirely without problems so far. It acts like a more expensive and heavier tray. Highly recommended
Badly designed
A very poorly-designed baking sheet. Long edges are impossible to grab from the oven when hot. Tends to hook itself in the groove where the oven shelf slides in the body of the oven - even more impossible to retrieve from a hot oven. Also, when you take it out of the dishwasher, the water that collects where the metal bends will dribble all over your feet.
