2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml lukewarm water
15 mins prep
1 hour rise
10 mins cook
Directions
1. Prepare
Heat your oven to hot 220°C+. Mix together water and oil.
2. Mix
Put your Sweetpea mix into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add your water/oil mix and stir until combined, using hands if needed. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for at least 5 mins, until silky (or use a mixer with a dough hook). Place the ball of dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover with cling film or a tea towel and leave in a warm place until doubled in sized (approx 1 hour).
3. Bake
Punch the risen dough down and break into 2 equal parts.
Use a rolling pin and hands to flatten dough as thin as you can while shaping into circles. Place onto floured tray and top with delicious toppings... tomato paste, ham, cheese, peppers... design your own masterpiece! Bake in hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until brown and crispy. Devour!

This works!
I'm not the best baker in the world but this is easy to follow and it does work. Follow the instructions and it will go to plan. You do need time to kneed the dough and leave it to rise (I put the bowl on top of a warm hot water bottle and covered with a towel and it worked a treat!). Delicious pizza!
not great
The dough keeps breaking and cannot be used to make a pizza in an oven pizza. Had to place it on a dish. Not great.

I made the base super thin so made 5 pizzas out of it Its honestly the tastiest base I added mozzarella, tiny cut up peppers and mushrooms and added oregano and sprinkled hemp seeds

Unfortunately this didnt work us. Dough did not rise, was either very soggy or crumbly.
No more takeaway Pizza for me!
Trying to avoid takeaway Pizza and found this mix really easy to work with. I have made pizza bases from scratch but struggle to roll/shape the dough to be really thin. This dough is easy to stretch without creating holes. It is also very tasty and very handy to have in the cupboard.
