Preparation and Usage
5 mins prep
12 mins cook
For 12 pancakes
2 eggs
140ml milk
Make it Vegan
260ml of any dairy-free milk
Easy as 1-2-3-4
1. Crack your eggs into a deep bowl, add milk and whisk together. Vegan? Swap those eggs out for more dairy-free milk.
2. Add pancake mix to the liquid, then whisk up a storm until all the lumps are gone.
3. While the mix settles, heat up a frying pan over high heat and add a small glug of cooking oil to grease the pan. Once hot, turn down to medium heat. Now for the fun bit.
4. Ladle the mixture into the pan with a spoon. Wait a mo until bubbles start to appear, then flip the pancake over and cook on the other side until golden. Repeat 'til the mix is all gone.

But what does that mean?
Well, it means bakes and mixes that are gluten-free and dairy-free but still lip-smackingly delicious. Baking that doesn't take years of practice or hours prep.
But it also means, baking for people that don't follow the recipe. People who bake however they want, whenever they want.
We're talking, birthday cake, all year round.
Pancakes, at midnight.
Banana bread, extra boozy.
We're talking people like you and people like us, who just want to bake ourselves happy - and make crumbs doing it.
Now we'll bake to that,
Team Supergood X

thick cinnamon pancake
I love cinnamon so wasn't that fussed about it but it is all I could really taste, even with lashings of maple syrup and bacon. Very heavy mixture, followed the dairy instructions, didn't achieve 12 pancakes instead 7 and a little one. Found the mix hard to get off the spoon and into the pan. Very filling but I don't feel satisfied, would have liked to have tasted the bacon and maple syrup in my dish.
too thick
More milk needed in mix as way too thick and quite high sugar content so will not re buy
Weird tasting
Didn't like the taste at all, could tolerate some of it by drowning it in maple syrup but even then I threw half of it away
really good!
Great pancakes. Taste really good and are high protein. Just wish they had less sugar!
Tasty and filling
These pancakes were so easy to make. I added oat milk then used an electric whisk to make it smooth. The pancakes were tasty, filling and didn’t stick to the pan! Result.
Very nice pancakes.
I did not have any eggs so I used oat milk instead to make these pancakes. The result was excellent and I enjoyed the pancakes with lemon juice and a little sugar. Probably a little expensive but worth the money if you are a vegan.
