Dying for good health
The sweetener used in this is far more unhealthy than good old-fashioned sugar, Sucralose potentially leads to diabetes. Increase your risk of IBS (no, you probably don't have a lactose/gluten intolerance, about 90% of people don't, it's the sweeteners) and Crohn's disease. It kills the healthy bacteria in your gut, eroding the gut lining, and causing a "leaky gut". That's where the decomposing content of your gut starts to leak into the body cavity...gets into the bloodstream and that's septicemia. It also generates toxic and cancerous compounds when heated. Rather than help you lose weight, it makes you gain weight because the body thinks it's getting fed, and doesn't receive the energy from actual sugar, so it makes you feel more hungry. Unrefined sugar does none of that...whilst eaten as part of a healthy balanced diet, exercise and proper teeth cleaning, it will never do you any harm.
