Dont' warp in the oven
For baking biscuits or meringues etc, I prefer flat baking sheets, so it's easy to slide the food from the tray onto a wire rack, rather than having to lift it up over the rim of a tray. I like these sheets as they are solid and don't warp in the oven. I preferred the original ones that were a darker colour, as these are quite light and do show up marks, but they are so good to use, that I put up with them not looking perfect after a few uses. The best baking sheets I've found for home ovens.
Check the size of your oven
This is a good quality product, but you should check the depth your oven to make sure the door will close.
