nice pasta with bite Lovely orecchiette with real bite like proper Italian pasta. Perfect with broccoli and anchovies

good pasta, awful packaging I didnt realise when I bought this that it comes in a paper pack lined with a thin layer of plastic. Impossible to separate the two layers so I cant put it in either the soft plastic or paper recycling. Shame as I was keen to make the switch from barilla as I do think the pasta is much better.
