Insipid
Very expensive (I guess you pay for the tin) yet tasteless. It was a gift for my dad who lives in France but next time Ill bring him good old Walkers shortbread (cheaper but reliable)
Soft and tasteless
These were a premium price but with a basic-essentials taste and texture. They were soft, like a Farleys rusk, and they were bland as well. Definitely not work more than £1.00 per tube, charging £7 is absolutely criminal.
Tasteless and expensive
I was very excited about buying these. Love Rhodes clottted cream and love shortbread. Thought I was onto a winner. So disappointed. Tasteless and soft. Thought Id lost my sense of taste. But no. They just tasteless. Cute little milk churn though. Great for holding my Walkers shortbread in :-)
unpleasant
i had great expectations for these very expensive biscuits, but was left disappointed. they taste a bit stale, a bit soft - despite being well with date and the packaging appearing to be intact. not particularly tasty either. oh well, i've got a cute milk churn tin!
