seem to help a lot
I was worried about taking such a high dose of passionflower extract (as i used to take a lower dose but that brand had been discontinued). I find that if I take these first thing in the morning they do take the edge off my anxiety all day - noticeably so, as my husband thinks that they help too!! (I've got two kids under two, so life is hectic!!). They don't appear to have any side effects, although I think I may dream more often (or I definitely remember that I have dreamed more). I'm possibly a bit groggier when I wake up, but this is par for the course on things that have a sedative effect.
