Defrosted in the microwave (defrost mode) and quickly stir fried - eated in homemade pita with shriracha hot sauce

Finally something with an amazing texture !

This pulled pork had probably the best texture I’ve had for a vegan pulled. Worked really well in some tacos I made

I love meat and generally think plant-based meat products are atrocious. All of them except this brand. The pulled pork is just incredible. So easy to cook, so versatile and incredible flavour and texture. I cooked it for my family and no one knew it wasnt animal meat
