It is made with 3 strong layers including a thick textured base-coat, reinforced with high performance resin, the coating is 10x more resistant to scratches from metal utensils as compared to a standard 3-coat non-stick*. This coating offers excellent non-stick properties and perfectly even cooking.

Appalling Quality
chips and dents in the surface of the pan and one of the rivets missing that holds the handle to the lid.
