Not just for Tiggers
I am so happy that Ocado stocks Roos strengthening medicine. It may not have been beloved by him (-why not? Did Kanga give him the vile Malt And Cod Liver Oil mixture? If so, he had reason to spit it out. If not, he was woefully mistaken) but I have yet to find anyone who will not snarf it straight from the jar, like Tigger. I suspect that it is not quite as good for you as I would like to believe (allowing both myself and my three sons generous spoonsful at elevenses) but it IS delicious, feels wholesome and, brilliantly, is a galactagogue. Hurrah for its ready availability. Well done Ocado.
Essential ingredient for bread making
Used when making granary loaf in bread maker as improves texture and flavour even when already using malted flour. Haven't noticed any difference between this product and other brand sometimes available at Waitrose. Found lid difficult to open each time so now transfer contents to other containers.
