Delicious

A briliant take on a chicken pie. Well spiced with aromatics and chilli. Tender chicken and vegetables. We'll be having these again!

Way too salty

For me way, way too salty and over spiced. A good idea to utilise filo pastry but I think this needed much more chicken and red pepper. It was the salt and spice overload that has made this a one off for me.

Fennel seeds make it

This is a lovely light pie, the fennel seeds on the top bring it all together. Could do with a bit more chicken.

Where is the chook?

Nice taste but not much chook in this souk. The other cheaper ingredients make it too expensive for what it is.

Tasty but expensive

This pie is tasty if you like spicy food, and a pie made without palm oil is a good thing, but it's rather small and the "22% chicken" on the label is hard to believe. The filling is more of an undefined sludge. Even on special offer it seems quite expensive.

Delicious!

This is so delicious. I found it slightly too spicy but Im not great with heat. It would be good with a cucumber and tomato salad to take the heat away, but would also go well with mashed potato. Im not much of a pie person and only bought this because it was reduced but I would now buy it again.
