Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: Microwave oven: Take the fondant out of its packaging and remove the plastic film. Place in its mould on the microwave plate and reheat for the indicated amount of time: 750W 2min. 900W 1m30. Leave to rest for 30 min before serving. Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the fondant out of its packaging and remove the plastic film. Place the fondant in its mould on the oven tray, in the middle of the oven. Reheat for the indicated amount of time - Traditional oven: 13 min - Fan oven: 11 min. Leave to rest for 15 min before serving. Warning: Oven temperature must not exceed 220°C and the dish must not be re-heated for more than 30 min.

Real French eclair
Finally a real French eclair, not like those M&S or Tesco’s full of dreadful white cream. Great size, delicious chocolate custard filling. Would recommend. And good price
