tasteless
I followed the instructions but it was very soggy on the bottom. The apples were tasteless and the cream just tasted of egg. Even your local cake shop would not sell this low class rubbish. As with other people mine went in the bin.
Easy delicious dessert
Lovely tasting apple pie. We all enjoyed with vanilla ice cream. Good ratio of apple and the custardy filling was a bonus. Easy dessert to pop in the oven.
Best apple tart
What can I say Picard tarts really are the best. Not overly sweet, apples are fresh and the pastry light. Served with some cream and all bowls were emptied, a definite winner in this household.
odd tasting
A very odd tasting dish. I dont know if its the eggs or something else, just had a very strange aftertaste. I love Picard, but this was very disappointing. Had one slice and threw away the rest.
