To mix up one serving of Diet Whey in a PhD shaker, add 1 scoop of powder (25g) to 175ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds.

Great protein powder
Great flavour, mixes well with really cold water as milk is too thick for my liking. Loved how the bag has an easy close mechanism so no mess

literally is just sickeningly sweet synthetic chocolate flavour & no peanut butter taste at all
