Individual wrapping
Given free to review. I understand the individual wrapping to keep the product fresh, and if tasted fine but not a fan of the waste.
free sample
Peppermint flavour is quite good, but each bag is foil wrapped and too much packaging, would not actually buy for this reason
perfectly nice
I was given these as a free sample to review and would not have thought of buying such a mainstream brand for a herbal tea. The flavour was fine, perhaps the bags are a touch small but that doesnt worry me as I always leave the bag in until the end anyway. They are individually wrapped which is perhaps not so good for the environment but does make them easier to carry around in your bag. One star less because it would be better if the bag was not bleached.
Good tea but excessive packaging.
I'm reviewing this as I got a free sample from Ocado. I'm not really bothered about normal tea but do like teas like this. This is refreshing but I agree with somebody else that the packaging is excessive. No idea why it needs plastic film on the box.
Nice flavour
Received this free from Ocado in exchange for a review. Nice flavour mint tea, good to have in the store cupboard for guests. Think I am more of a fruit tea fan.
The tea is great, but...
This peppermint tea is great! The tea bags look like they are compostable (it doesn’t actually say this on the box!) – so that is great too. And they come in a cardboard box. All sounding good…. BUT…. There is a plastic overcoat to the box, not recyclable! And each tea bag is individually wrapped in a non-recyclable plastic / foil pouch – which is bad. Come on PG Tips, change to eco-friendly packaging!!!
