Brand
PG Tips has been bringing fresh perspectives to tea since 1930. Back then, our founder, Arthur Brooke, called it PG (Pre-Gestive) to focus on its warming qualities. Today, we continue Arthur's progressive vision, bringing a fresh view on tea while continuing our commitment to protecting people and planet. We are proud to be the first UK tea brand to achieve Rainforest Alliance Certification. Our Manchester factory uses 100% renewable energy and is carbon neutral. We know enjoying a fine cuppa goes far beyond selecting the finest blend.
For the Love of Tea
What makes quality tea so special? It's essential to our daily lives and full of warming refreshment. Whether we're celebrating life's happiest moments or moving through intense ones, there's always a place for tea in our homes. But as much as we love it, tea doesn't always get the attention it deserves. At PG Tips, we exist to celebrate our shared love of a fine cuppa and how it can enrich and lift everyday life. We're proud to share our fresh perspective on tea with this, our most refreshing and flavourful blend.
Our plant-based tea bags are biodegradable in industrial composting conditions when placed in your food waste bin if your local council accepts it.

New blend is revolting.
Why have they changed the PG Tips blend? These new flat tea bags are simply awful. I chucked them in the bin. Will never buy PG Tips again.
Fishy flavour!
What on earth is going on. The last box of bags all tasted of fish!
what has happened?
Not your usual PG Im afraid - will stick to Yorkshire tea. Perhaps recipe has changed somewhat as other reviewer also feel the same?
pg what have you done
Ive drunk pg tips for over 50 years and these new bags are absolutely disgusting. No flavour at all. Youve lost a loyal customer in me. Ive thrown away the last box I bought. Such a shame.
lovely
Usually buy Yorkshire tea but got these for free for an honest review. They were ok, not quite as strong as my usual but leaving in the water a little longer fixed that. In future I would probably buy if they were the cheaper option
not Yorkshire
I got a voucher from Ocado to review, Im a Yorkshire tea bag girl usually. These are fine but not as nice as Yorkshire, I only have 1 cup a day so I will drink them , thats me sorted for 10 month!
