Changing conditioner
Have used this for years, but since Pantene changed from a bottle to this heavy tube, it's been really difficult using this in the shower. If the tube slips out of your hand, you're going to be injured by the sharp edge at the bottom. It's very difficult to squeeze the second half of the tube contents out. Too much waste and only lasts very few washes. Please bring back old formula and bottle. Trying a different make now.
Not the same
Like the previous reviewer I've used this conditioner for years but the new version is not the same and is awful. Too thick and doesn't soften and condition hair. It's not just different packaging, it's a completely different product. I'm moving on to a different brand now.
Bring back old formula
Ive used this conditioner for years and loved it. The new formula is thicker and does not spread through the hair as well as the old one did. You have to use much more and, even then, for the first time ever my hair looks permanently dry and flyaway after using it for a couple of weeks. Im now having to search for an alternative brand. Please bring back the old formula!
Bring back old packaging
Packaging is hard to squeeze towards the end and last one burst when dropped. Please bring back old packaging.

This new tube of conditioner is awful! I've even written to Pantene to complain! They said that different stores sell different bottles, Ocado this tube gets slippery it's hard to squeeze out the conditioner it's heavy and I've dropped it countless times, cutting my leg on one occasion! Please bring back the bottles!! I'll have to buy my conditioner elsewhere for now!!
