Originating in China from as early as 314BC, it was introduced to Europe (Andalusia, Spain) back in the 10th Century starting large scale cultivation. Seeing its success rate, it was quickly snapped up by the Americans and as of 1987, it was found to be the most cultivated tree in the world. Today Brazil, China, India and the United States top the scales in growing this magnificent fruit. Lapping up the tropical and sub-tropical climates, this fruit is in awe of the sun, enjoying a splash of H2O on a regular basis, and when it¿s ready for harvest it is carefully handpicked from the trees.
Widely used for snacking, this versatile fruit is also used for flavouring of sweet and savoury dishes, production of fragrances as well as make up and cleaning products. There is no waste with this fruit as the skin can be grated to make a garnish or add that extra zing to a recipe.

Lots of pips some quite small.
Nice juicy oranges that are easy to peal but do contain pips and I have found them to be of variable size and skin thickness. I do like the tartness of the pith but the last ones I bought weren't as sweet in the flesh as previously.
Dry
They felt firm and fresh when holding. When I cut into them however, they were unbelievably dry.
very sweet and juicy
these are fab just ordered again. big fat sweet and juicy
Horrible
Cut into the oranges and they were so dry. Completely tasteless. Wont be buying these again.
unfortunately dry and not great
