Ocado Washed British White Potatoes Sack.

These washed white skin potatoes are a mix of sizes, making this pack the ideal choice for the whole family who want all-rounders for roasting, mashing or boiling.

Serving suggestion
For a cheesy mash, simply cut potatoes and boil until soft. Then mix in your favourite cheese, milk and butter, ready to serve.

Storage

Store in cool dark place, away from sunlight to maximise life.

Instructions

Roasting:
1. Preheat a baking tray with vegetable oil at 180ºC.
2. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into a uniform size and par boil for five minutes.
3. Drain and carefully place potatoes on the preheated oiled tray and put back in the oven.
4. Roast for 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Boiling:
1. Wash before use.
2. Peel and cut into uniform sized pieces.
3. Put in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil.
4. Boil for 25 minutes.
5. Drain and serve.

These were better than M&S spuds

I bought these out of desperation, to be honest. But they are much better than the M&S ones at the moment. Its a gamble!

not what they used to be

These potatoes used to be fantastic. Great for mash and roasting but last few bags have been mushy with lots of black bits and potatoes turn to a mushy powder when roasted or boiled.

Good sized versatile potato

Have brought these a couple of times over the last few months. Whilst I prefer to buy organic whenever possible, these are at an affordable price and have been of a good size, clean and are versatile. It's June now so I might leave off as new potatoes become available but will no doubt return to them again later in the year in the hope that they remain of consistant good quality

great all rounders

These potatoes are so well priced for the quality. You get really big spuds in these bags.great for monster jacket potatoes!! But theyre also amazing for mash, roasties, wedges, chips, hasslebacks.Ive not found anything they cant doapart from peel themselves, but you cant have everything, eh?!!

change of quality

there potatoes used to be the best roasting potatoes ever. dark yellow colour and creamy inside. the last couple of buys the colour of the potatoes are almost white and very powdery and dry after roasting. I don't think I'll buy again
