Instructions
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Pan Fry: Medium heat 8-10 mins
Fry in 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a pre-heated pan over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

for a 7% fat mince this is really tasty, far better than that 5% beef mince. However Im bursting out acnes after having them as Im very sensitive to animal hormones. personally wont repurchase.
I love this turkey mince but have had to start buying from a store instead. It tastes great and is wonderful in bolognaise or chilli. But Ocados use by dates are awful and this regularly arrives with 1 or 2 days on it. I would never buy from a shop with this kind of poor shelf life. It definitely needs to be looked at. I can no longer buy many products from Ocado due to their short date issue.
I used this for an easy dish for my husband to eat, after a dental problem. There was more meat than I had expected, and we found no bone fragments. It was very easy to cook. I shall buy this again.
