I love curly kale and pre-shredded is supposed to make things quick and easy but this is cut into fine confetti and I spent as long picking out all the shredded tough stalks as it would have taken to prepare it myself from scratch: you can run fingers backwards down the complete stem stripping off all the curly kale and leaving the tough stem behind - easy if fresh. Please sell us seasonal U.K. curly kale in complete stems, theres no need to destroy it like this..
