Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5.

Loosely wrap in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.

Incredibly oily
Not often I get fresh salmon which is as oily as this. It wasn't particularly well trimmed, but was immaculately boned. Brined for 15 minutes before pan frying and the end result was moist and delicious. Would buy again, especially if on offer.
