Heavy and tastes uncooked
Sadly, this bread doesnt resemble the sourdough loaf I was expecting. Heavy as a brick, dense and tasted uncooked and doughy. Not nice.
Very nice bread
Great taste and texture - not too soft, but also not dry. It went down very well with everyone. Freeze it after a couple of days if there's any left.
Not to my taste
I was expecting a nice soft seeded loaf, but this one is quite dry and chewy, without anything special about the flavour to compensate for that. Won’t be buying it again.
Best sourdough ever
unexpectedly nice and lasts so long

lovely bread.
I buy this load regularly. Its a healthier alternative to standard sliced bread. Its not the the same quality as an artisan sourdough loaf that youd buy in a bakery. It is a sliced packaged loaf so if you bear this in mind its perfect. I like it toasted with smashed avocado or with hummus and sundried tomatoes
