Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Instructions
Oven: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6
45 mins
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin on the middle shelf for 45 minutes.
Microwave: 750W - 14 mins / 850W - 12 mins
Remove outer packaging, leaving the chicken in the tray. Heat on full power for 14 mins (750W), 12 mins (850W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Delicious!
I don't know why people leave negative reviews for what are excellent products. Some bad comments about this cooked chicken but I'm glad I ignored them. This is lovely chicken...very moist and tender. I just ate some warmed through with a few dollops of the M&S Coronation Coleslaw and it was entirely yummy! Recommended.
Excellent all round so ignore the weird 1 reviews
We usually include one of these in our weekly shop, as they are so versatile. More often than not I joint them into the four main pieces, pop them in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve with chips and coleslaw. the carcass gets boiled for the dogs... ...now, those negative 1 reviews: a cooked chicken is going to be bagged hot, therefore the residual cooking juices are going to solidify into 'jelly' when it cools, just like ANY cooked meat. To use that as an excuse to mark it down is just plain weird!
Disgusting chemical odour and taste
Well in date product on opening (at least a week) but the chicken had an awful chemical odour and taste to it. It has since gone in the bin! Wouldn’t even feed it to the dog.
Unappetisingly fatty.
I have just jointed this chicken and it was extremely greasy, fatty and smelly. So unappetising I threw it away. I won’t buy again. Ugh!
What has happened?
This time the whole chicken looked unappealing, the skin was loose and soggy and there was a pink jelly-like liquid running out of it - very off-putting. Ended up in bin - wont chance another one.
Rotten chicken
Twice I have purchased this chicken recently and both times its smelt off and gone bad. Really disappointing as was previously great quality.
