Minus one star as the bag has been ripped on delivery once or twice but otherwise great!

Always good, never had a problem with it. Makes the best bread and cakes
Great value, never had any problems with this and I get through a lot of it. Occasionally I pierce the paper packaging with my nails by accident when handling the bag but that is probably partly due to my own clumsiness.
Does the job as well as any other higher priced flour. Great staple. Used for baking and in cooking.
