Instructions
For best results, pan fry.
Pan Fry: Medium heat
9-10 mins
Preheat frying pan to a medium heat. Brush steaks with 5ml of oil and season to taste. Place steaks in frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: Medium heat
16 mins
Preheat grill. Brush steaks with 5ml of oil and season to taste. Place steaks on a grill pan. Grill under a medium heat for 16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Beautiful
These are the tastiest pork loin steaks ever. I cooked them in the pan on both sides for around 2 minutes each. Put them in the oven for 25 minute and switched to grill for 10 minutes to give a bit of crisp. Fabulous tea, will definitely be buying again.
very good
Exactly what you may expect. Long use by, not much fat on them and tastes good. Slices may seem small but if you compare to other supermarkets I think theyre all the same.
Too Thin
Very thin, was disappointed. No way to render the fat. I bought these as aw pork chops featured on a programme.
Disappointing
Just opened the pork loin chops, and was disappointed to find that they were what I would call, scraggy ! Very fatty and tatty ! Very thin and didn't taste of much Won't buy again
Poor butchering
Shocked this was packaged and sent out. Four pork steaks and every single one of them had a massive hole in the middle. There is no way to call them a steak when its just scraps held together by the sinewy edges. Ocado, please check your quality control as no one would have bought this pack if it was sold at a supermarket and yet you saw fit to send this out. I have requested a refund.
fat pig
Have had these before and theyve been ok but the ones Ive just had delivered have got so much fat in them that I dont want to eat them. Fat on the edge, ok, fat in the middle and at every possible part? No thanks. I wont be wasting my money on these again.
