I really like these vitamin tablets, as Im now of the age that I need to take collagen every day. Ive bought these several times now (repeat purchaser). Theyre easily digested. One star deducted for price, as it could be cheaper - I only buy when ocado has an offer.
Effective
I have been taking these for a while now. I don't take them every day, but I have definitely noticed a change in my normally brittle weak nails. I can't honestly say that my skin looks any better, but I don't think they claim to work miracles. Will definitely continue to take them.
Seems to be working
Ive started taking this mixed in with seamoss and a smoothie and my hair is thicker and longer snd shiny. Its probably that combination of them all but its working so Im keeping it up!
