The deliciously rich and complex flavour of caramel has been used in baking and sweet treats for centuries and is as popular now as ever. With a warm dark-amber colour and a luxurious flavour profile, our MONIN Sugar Free Caramel syrup is a perfect match for all coffee, chocolate and cocktail applications, as well as being an excellent ingredient in cooking and baking. 


Our sugar free version is made with sucralose, a non-calorie sweetener derived from natural sugar, which provides a sweet sensation without the bitter metallic aftertaste of other sweeteners. Perfect for that guilt free caramel experience.

Im not one of those people who can tell artificial sweeteners to sugar. That being said this is perfect in my opinion and tastes great! Its the only one I will buy.

smells fantastic and actually makes the coffee taste like caramel. so nice to have an add-on that is sugar-free highly recommended

Tastes very artificial with a horrible aftertaste

Based on the reviews I was expecting this to be decent and particularly so since it's sugar free - however to me this tastes incredibly artificial and leaves an almost metallic aftertaste

This is amazing I no longer need sugar in my coffee also works amazingly in iced coffee
