Product information
Embracing the tableware traditions of Japanese dining. Donburi is a staple of Japanese cuisine: simmered meat, seafood or veg sits deliciously on a bed of sticky rice, giving it amazing flavour. If you want to enjoy this dish in authentic style, there's only one way: from a donburi bowl. This take, from Mikasa's Satori collection, on a traditional Japanese donburi serving bowl sets a scene of beautiful calm. It's finished in indigo blue, which creates the perfect backdrop for white Seigaiha waves to decorate the outside. A warm band of elegant real gold encircles the rim to add a touch of grandeur.

Gorgeous Bowl
Beautiful finish and design, looks even more fabulous in person. Large bowl with great depth for ramens and donburi. Recommend.
A bowl of many uses...
I have nothing negative to say about this ramen bowl. I have found that this beautiful bowl can also be used for steaming bowls of pasta to hearty bowls of stew with a chunk of bread used afterwards to mop up the juices. it can also be used as a spare bowl for grapes and nibbles when you have guests. I love it! Highly recommended.
made in China
Average quality. Not as good as in the picture.
A Lovely Thing
Beautifully decorated, high-quality bowl. Bought as a gift for my daughter (who loves noodles in all their forms). This bowl feels good in the hand, holds a very generous portion, and looks great.
A beautiful bowl
First ramen bowl Ive bought and absolutely love it. The design is exquisite and ramen really does taste better from this bowl. The bowl is nice and weighty and look good on the table and in the cupboard.
