Spread a single layer of wedges onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 18 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

Out of this world good!
Outstanding dipped in homemade ranch dip, but have become addicted to super fast Kenyan Chips Masala... Fry finely diced onion with garlic and ginger puree. Then add paprika, cumin and coriander, and toast for a minute, before hitting with ketchup and hot sauce. Heat through, then toss in your roasted wedges. Serve with a garnish of diced onion, fresh coriander and a spritz of lemon juice. Divine!
Better than any other wedges
I've tried lots of different wedges and these are hands down the best. Perfectly seasoned. Cooked slowly they come out great. Fluffy and crispy. I can't understand why people are giving bad reviews.
Poor quality potatoes
In the first bag there were several inedible wedges which were partly hard and black, perhaps from bruised or blighted potatoes. Tried again in case it was a one-off but the second bag was just as bad. M&S own brand are better quality and much cheaper.
wont buy again
Bland and odd texture - didnt cook properly on recommended times and temperature - few chips were still frozen inside ! Needs much longer oven cooking time .
Tasty
These are lovely wedges with a nice flavour and crisp texture. A great alternative to chips!
