Burnt Charcoal and fake reviews

Big fan of large Aussie shiraz - but this was dreadful . Burnt fruit and nothing much more..................and now I notice all the positive reviews are from people who got given a free bottle . Shame on you

good everyday wine

Perfectly drinkable but I wouldnt pay full price for it. It is definitely a sub £9 bottle!

rough

I bought this after reading a few reviews and it being on special offer. Not drinkable in my opinion. I hate waste, so I've frozen it in icecube trays to add to stews etc.

It\x27s OK if you can open it

Incredible spinning top scenario. Really difficult to open two out of three bottles. A technique which worked is to put a marigold glove on the left hand to firmly hold the collar of the seal. Put the cap under hot water. Use extensible pliers with right hand and, with a fair bit of effort, wine is accessible. A lot of faff for something which should be easy to accomplish.

I was sent this item for free to review. It’s nice enough for a free bottle of wine! Perfectly drinkable and not a bad price if I were to buy another.
