Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Take care when removing hot product after cooking as packaging may soften slightly.
For best results Oven cook from chilled
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 3 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins
Cook on high (100%). Remove sleeve & pierce film. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min, then stir.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 20 mins
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5
Preheat oven. Wait until the oven has preheated to correct temperature before cooking. Remove sleeve & film.
Place on baking tray. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min, then stir.

tasteless slop
hardly any tuna, very runny and sloppy, nothing to recommend this at all. you're better off with the mushroom pappardelle.

Very good ready meal oven cooks in 20 minutes nice tuna lovely sauce great choice for vegetarians .

Pretty awful
This is the first time I’ve tried M & S Tuna Pasta Bake and tbh it will be the last. Had a really strange taste, not how I imagined at all.
