Excellent
Beautifully made, exactly what we wanted, slightly bigger than our other pan, 28cm makes a big difference to weight too, so a bit on the heavy side when full of food. Washes beautifully. Exceptionally pleased.
The type of non stick coating is not mentioned!
When I spotted this Stainless Steel pan for sale on Ocado, I ordered it right away thinking that it was indeed completely Stainless Steel. No where does it mention that its coated or state what that coating is made of. I am very disappointed that its not an all Stainless Steel pan as I know that regardless of the 25 year guarantee the coating will not ever last 25 years! And as you would expect the guarantee does not cover the coating anyway, only the stainless steel outer part of pan is covered by the 25 year guarantee. I was fooled by the guarantee as it gives the impression that the pan must be a completely stainless steel. On the plus side thoug, if you dont mind coated pans, it is lovely and deep with a sturdy lid. It would be perfect if all stainless steel or with a ceramic coating instead.
