Disappointing Chicken Liver Pâté
The first major letdown was the pâté’s texture. Rather than achieving the creamy yet firm consistency expected from a high-quality pâté, this version was soft, almost to the point of being mousse-like. Moving on to the flavour profile, this pâté fell short again. The inclusion of additives like tapioca starch, concentrated apple juice, and sodium nitrite further detracted from the natural flavors. The sweetness from the apple juice felt out of place, creating a dissonance in the overall taste profile. Additionally, the preservatives left an artificial aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly on the palate. These elements made the pâté taste more processed than artisanal, which is not what one expects from a product of this kind. If you're looking for a satisfying chicken liver pâté, I would suggest exploring other options that promise a more balanced flavour, better texture, and higher overall quality. This one, regrettably, does not meet the standards of a fine pâté and is best avoided.

Cant understand the other reviews - this is the best CLP out there, cant believe it took me so long to try it. Possibly mistook the round plastic tub as meaning it was rubbish, but it is quite the opposite and very very good. Now in my favourites. The only improvement could be a more attractive pot for the table.
