Storage
For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs Cooking. Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Place on a roasting tray and into oven. Electric 160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 2 hours 30 mins Rest for 20 mins before carving. Do not reheat.

Bought this on a whim and oh boy! Was I delighted! Just the right amount of seasoning. Out of the packet and into a roasting tin. Cook at low heat for 2.5hrs. It was perfect!
This was an unexpected flash sale treat. Cooked hot for few mins, then much longer on very low which rendered more fat out, then 20 mins on high. Skin was crispy, salt & pepper lovely, meat v tender and tasty
I have bought this joint many many times & have always loved it however the last 2 have been very poor, mainly fat & little actual meat. Very disappointing
I was really disappointed with this, I ordered it for the long bank holiday weekend but it arrived with a use by date of Saturday . Not acceptable, come on Ocado you can do better than this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
