Tomapork
Master grill tomaporks are produced from outdoor bred British pork loin. Prepared by specialist butchers, and hand seasoned with sea salt & cracked black pepper to create the perfect centerpiece. This extra large meaty cut is on the bone, providing a succulent eat, and is topped with a bouquet garni of rosemary, sage & bay leaf to perfume the meat during cook. Baste with the roasted shallot & herb butter to ooze a range of wonderful classic French herbs & spices, to complement the rich, natural flavour of the pork.

Preparation and Usage
How to Cook the Perfect Tomapork
Needs Cooking
Remove from packaging and place butter to one side.
Fry & Oven Cook
Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6 and frying pan to high heat. Remove string from herb bouquet and add to the pan with 15ml oil. Add tomapork to the pan and cook on fat edge for 2 mins, before frying for 2 mins on each side. Transfer to foil lined baking tray then place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10 mins, turn, add butter to tomapork and cook for a further 10 mins.
After cooking leave to stand for 2 mins and remove bone before serving.
Do not reheat.
Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

we had 2 between 3 as they were large, there was enough on them and the meat was so moist and tasty .They were on a flash sale but would buy again as a treat.

Delicious
I’m not a huge fan of pork but this will have to be a regular. Cooked well it is delicious and tender with lots of flavour. Plenty for two with accompaniments.

Good pork but too much pepper
It would be nicer without the pepper, butter or sage. It is a very good piece of meat.

Best pork ever.
I took 10 minutes off the oven time. Resulted in a juicy flavoursome piece of pork. Absolutely delicious.
