Diced British potatoes coated in shallot and garlic butter and sprinkled with thyme. Simply bake in the oven. Serves 2.

Storage
For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable
for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill
temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date
mark shown and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a
refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Spread product evenly onto preheated baking tray.
220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 min
Turn occasionally until golden brown.
Do not reheat.

Horrible
No taste at all. Even with added salt they were horrible. Thrown in the bin.

hard brown chunks
I followed the cooking instructions and was surprised they came out a weird greyish brown colour. We were put off by that and also were still hard and tasted uncooked. Very odd.

Nice though need seasoning
These are super easy to cook and crisp up nicely. They do need seasoning which some reviewers seem surprised by! Went really nicely with some slow cooked lamb shanks.
