Appalling cut
This was the worst cut of ribeye Ive ever seen. The butcher responsible requires further training. Very poor quality.
beautiful
great quality beef, well butchered
Delicious
Easy to cook. Beautiful flavour.
A full half was solid lard
I was given this as a substitute for the Ocado range. There is no comparison in the quality of meat. Marks' meat is shocking. Imagine paying top dollar and then putting half of it the bin as pure fat. There is no earthly reason to include so much in the finished product. I won't take Marks substitutions in future.
Poor cut
Absolutely no marbling at all, very thin. Awful cut of meat, especially for the price. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I'll be avoiding this in future.
Very poor quality
I bought this using a coupon, just to see what it was like, well . . . what it was like is just a mess of fat and gristle.
