SUGAR AGAIN? SAVOURY OR SWEET?

Found out more sugar in savoury foods... I am running out of food to buy, since everyone of the savoury already cooked meals have more hidden sugars. I really don't want to get diabetes.

Disappointed

Lots and lots of pasta, few mushrooms, very little sauce. Only ate a little of it - hunted out the bits of mushrooms!

Not for me

Not one of my best ideas to try this. Definitely shan't be purchasing again. Do wish you'd extend your choice of 'meals for 1'. So many are similar.
