The best gluten free bread
This is by far the best gluten free bread I've found. It's quite tasty and with a light texture, unlike most of the others I've tried. Makes good toast too.
Awful
Awful, that's it!!!
Just white bread
The only thing this has in common with sourdough is they're both bread. This is just a starchy plain white gluten free bread that tastes of nothing, and falls apart on slicing. Does not justify the price.
Great, and especially for toast!
I enjoy this bread, and thick slices are also great for toasting and using for my morning toast and marmalade as when toasted the bread has just the right amount of crunch on top and softness below. A real treat...........
Best gluten free bread
I don't understand why people review this against ordinary bread. As a specialised gluten free bread it is the best we have had.
Mixed review
This bread bears no resemblance to sourdough bread which is disappointing. However as many gluten free breads go it’s relatively pleasant and light. I didn’t find it spongy as one reviewer did. I would recommend as a GF bread but if you’re after sourdough don’t bother.
