Who doesnt like sprinkles
Bought for knickerbocker glories
For DECORATING not BAKING
The container states, for decorating. If you want vivid bright sprinkles for baking inside a cake these are not suitable. UK laws, on food colouring makes sprinkles bright enough to be used in baking very hard to find .
jazzie sprinkles
Very cute sprinkles, lovely on top of fairy cakes
They melt
I made a coconut sponge with raspberry icing. I was in a rush and iced while cake still warm. Sprinkled these over. Looked beautiful initially. They did melt after a while. So either use cold or wait for a cake to cool down first would be my advice
Ok for Decoration not for Baking
I used an entire jar of these inside my confetti cake and they melted and disappeared. They are only suitable for decoration. I wish they would not say Love Baking on the outside of the jar as this is very misleading. Maybe Love Decoration would be more helpful. If only Ocado gives this kind of information in their description that would also be very helpful. I will be not buying this brand again for my confetti cake.
ok for decoration, disintegrate inside the cake
They are ok and colourful. I wanted to use them in a recipe that called for using sprinkles inside the batter to create a cake with sprinkles running through it. These ones completely disintegrated on baking, so beware they can only be used as a decoration.
