If youre prepared to risk it with
nitrites, these taste great. We buy them as an occasional treat but, because of the nitrites we cant buy them as often as we would like.
Im fussy
Im fussy and I loved this chopped up and thrown in a salad for that salty ness and Smokey flavour
The best salami
Im addicted to this stuff. Buy it every week. Dangerous to open the packet because Ill munch my way through pretty much immediately.
sandwich staple
Excellent cut of meat, fresh with just enough salt and smokiness. This pairs well with m&s Cornish cruncher on a brioche, bagel or sourdough toast - luxury lunch staple.
Good salami but a bit thick
This was nice salami, although it is quite thickly sliced. I prefer mine a bit thinner. That being said it tasted good with a subtle kick of heat. It was good eaten on its on own in a mezze but also was very good on some toasted sourdough heated under the grill with mozzarella.
german salami at its best
Great big slices, tasty and typical German! Highly recommend
