not fresh pasta
I dont know what this is but it smells when you get it out of the bag and it takes twice as long to cook as it should, but then isnt as nice as dried pasta. Thick, stodgy ? Its a weird kind of hybrid. I guess thats what you get for the price.
Disappointing
Have bought this pasta for ever but recently it has changed. Pieces are much bigger and, even with longer cooking than suggested, the pasta is hard and chewy. Will revert back to dried as this isnt worth the cost in my opinion.
Too chunky
Keep forgetting and I buy these and they are really chunky and like thick ropes - there is no daintiness or finesse about these chaps. They taste ok but I wish they hadn't changed the cutter style.
thick pasta
Needs longer cooking time than regular fresh pasta. Think Id rather get dry pasta than this
Excellent
Really enjoyed this fresh pasta. Nearly got caught out as need to cook for 6 minutes ( normally 3 minutes for fresh pasta).
delicious, needs to be cooked longer
Cooking these for 6 mins leaves them al dente, if you want them cooked normally leave them for an extra couple minutes as I did. Still 5 stars since the pasta is still delicious if cooked a bit longer. Great with cheese sauce or pesto.
